Jul 11, 2022 · I have managed to configure the Samsung Smart Remote to control the Fios One Arris VMS4100 without any difficulties in the past following the suggestions in posts on this board. But, recently, the Samsung remote suddenly stopped working. A nice shiny simple remote that can basically control any connected device to the TV. theres a shortcut for the on-screen channel numbers BUT if you "click" the channel toggler on the Samsung remote, it brings up the FiOS guide which you can set JUST to favorites. And there's literally ANY App you ever need.
