I went on line about 30 minutes later to check my email and couldn't login. My email password didn't work, I tried several times before in resetting my email. When I finally opened my email I saw that there was an email from comcast telling me that I had successfully reset my account password at 1:14pm.After using “add account” in the mail tab, selecting “mail account” one has to enter account and password info. The screen then says “verifying” and then says “unable to verify ID / password”. At that point one can do nothing more.
