I think you may have better luck finding a good deal on a nice 2nd gen than a nice 1st gen also, they'll probably be about the same price. Haha. If you compare used prices by year vs mileage you'll see that year takes precedence.But what I don't know know is what the outside edge (inside the flaps) dimensions are of a cap made for the Tacoma. What I was hoping for is if someone with a cap on a 2nd gen short bed 4 door could give me the outside dimension of the base of the cap.
