I immediately called t mobile about this and they sent me a new 5g cellspot which also doesn’t work. Both cellspots cannot connect to the internet. I called AT&T, my ISP, and made sure the proper ports were open. Since then, the CellSpot would either connect to 3G/4G, all lights would flash orange, and then reset, or, get to 4G LTE and stay lit for 10-15 minutes, long enough to make 2 phone calls, and then reset itself again. Home WiFi issue with T Mobile 4G LTE Cellspot. I got a new T Mobile 4G LTE Cellspot to hook up to my router so that I could get better T Mobile coverage at my house. As soon as it was set up and working, the signal from my router started having issues (slower WiFi on devices and Apple Airplay for videos stopped working). No reception at the house, WiFi calling did not work consistently. I finally got a CellSpot, which worked great, but caused by WiFi coverage to not work upstairs, which is where we spend most of our time. So essentially we could either have cell coverage or WiFi but not both. I wish TMobile would have told us our WiFi range would be decreased ... That is not how it is supposed to work.
