I feel like the main reasons ucsd is slept on are the 35% copy pasta, the fact that its at the bottom of the state/far away from everything, and UC 'socially dead' (which imo is also false but that deserves a separate post) . Uh im also part of the berkeley subreddit and there was a similar post. Basically everyone in the comments was talkin about a recession hitting soon and tech getting hit hard.
