Low Fuel Pressure (possible plugged/dirty fuel filter!) Exhaust Leak between Engine and first Oxygen Sensor. Possible Solutions: A lot of Times, Cleaning the MAF Sensor and Finding/Fixing Vacuum Leaks fixes the Problem.
