Remove the instrument face panel and radio. It is 8 inches below, and will be covered by fiberglass insulation. Follow the vacuum hose. 2 screws.Tighten with the thumb ratchet. Don't over tighten. Don't plug the harness yet. Place the first ("W") actuator back in place. "Hand start" the two screws and tighten with the thumb ratchet. Don't over tighten.
