Shards come every week, which means in a year, you'll get about 10.4 tau-forged shards per year, only enough for only tau-forged in two warframes. The luckiest people will get around 15, and the unluckiest can go as low as 5. Energy Max is OK, but even with Rhino's tiny energy pool, you'd need 3-4 shards just to equal Primed Flow. If your energy economy is funded by Arcane Energize, stick with Primed Flow. If you're using some other trickle source of energy, like Energy Nexus or something, then maybe 1-2 Energy Max shards makes sense for breathing room.…
